The Sage 200 Financials module is made up of 4 key ledgers:
- Sage 200 Nominal Ledger: is denominated in a base currency. In order to provide reporting in several base currencies it is intended to keep a project exchange rate for the duration of the project
- Sage 200 Sales and Purchase Ledgers: can handle foreign currencies gracefully and provide a report of invoices due for payment with the facility to amend this report before feeding it into the payment system. However each supplier account is limited to single currency
- Sage 200 Cash Book: has the facility to settle accounts in any currency. It also has the facility for performing bank reconciliations with the assistance of imports from RBS Bankline.
